**Prices above are INCLUSIVE of all ticketing fees/surcharges and city/state taxes.

General admission includes 60 minutes of access to the sauna sessions, cold plunges, music, and festival programming.

The VIP Experience includes 90 minutes of access, as well as merchandise, Nordic snack box, and your choice of beverage.

A bathing suit and towel for inside the saunas, a robe and flip-flops/easily removed shoes to wear outside of the saunas, and a water bottle to stay hydrated.

Yes. Changing areas will be available, along with small lockers for personal items (bring your own lock).

We recommend coming dressed and ready to sauna.

By purchasing a ticket or otherwise participating, you must be:

• At least 18 years of age, medically fit, and in good general health.

• If accompanying a minor participant (ages 13–17), the parent must confirm the child is medically fit and capable of participating safely in the Activities.

No. All attendees must wear swimwear and must sit on a towel while in the saunas.

A robe is required when inside the museum.
